The Challenge
First Solution Group was comprised of three businesses, First Solution, First Digital and First People. The award-winning group required a brand and digital partner to create and develop a new brand architecture and overarching brand identity to encompass the three brands appropriately.
The Solution
The chosen brand needed to communicate forward thinking, embracing change, AI, machine learning and agility as well as trust, transparency and consistency to encourage new customers whilst appealing to current loyal customer. Using a new descriptive or amalgamated brand name, the brand was required to be a progressive representation of the First Solution story, whilst clearly communicating the brand values and business proposition.
We future-proofed the business, translating the new Emerge Digital brand name and identity across all touchpoints. Overhauling the group’s identities and website better communicates with Emerge Digital’s target audience in a more versatile, progressive and approachable way.
